Jocelyn obtained his degree in Architectural Technology at College Montmorency, in Laval, Quebec in 1981. Advancing from technical support and project coordination with major design firms in both Montreal and Toronto, Jocelyn further honed his skills as Director of Construction for some of Canada’s leading Retail Chains. As Director of Construction, his responsibilities included planning, implementing and managing construction projects from periodic upgrades to new construction. In this key role, Jocelyn built a solid reputation for his capacity to understand and respond to the particular requirements of the clients and designers, and for his ability to adapt to the conditions of each and every project site. In 2008, Jocelyn decided to use his skills, experience and strong relationships with sub-trades across Canada to launch Navedco Construction Inc. His integrity, attention to detail and ability to meet his clients’ needs while respecting their schedules and budgets have enabled Navedco to build a growing clientele based on repeat clients and their referrals.
